4. No Guarantee of Approval

All loan approvals are subject to the criteria of third-party lenders. While we aim to match you with a suitable option, we cannot guarantee approval or specific loan terms.

5. Fees and Commissions

We may receive commissions from lenders if your application is successful.

• These commissions do not increase the cost of your loan
• Any relevant fees, commissions, or referral arrangements will be disclosed in accordance with the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth)

Our service is typically provided at no cost to customers unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Notify us of any changes to your financial situation
• Read and understand all loan documentation before accepting an offer
• Ensure the vehicle purchase is lawful and suitable for your needs
